This means also producing the meeting room furniture and thus foreseeing, for example, the number and type of meeting room chairs, the shape and position of the meeting table and the presence of specific furnishings.
But above, all it means creating and installing the technological set-up of the meeting room.
For example, in our meeting rooms, we install professional video projectors (both LCD and DLP) equipped with various types of inputs, be they analogue, composite or digital, even in high definition, on which you can show slides for your presentation.
If, on the other hand, our customer organises video conferences, we create a specific setup for video conferences, providing the most technological monitors on the market, along with the setup of audio and video systems capable of transforming a simple meeting into a multimedia experience. Seat-marker folders with papers and pen, internet connection and telephone line complete with the profile of a workstation for meeting rooms created by Elemaint!
