Tech Rotary
Tech Rotary is a base structure made of pickled sheet metal, press-folded in various thicknesses, laser-cut and connected to the rotating part by means of a 320 mm diameter disc, in sandblasted cast metal with 6 radial fastening points and a central pin.
The 4 struts of the rack body are completely removable and can be fastened to the base by means of an M8 threaded pin and flanged nut, 10–15 mm thickness with a “C” profile, and standard pitch units with holes along half of the unit, with square holes for housing M6 cage nuts.
The 2 struts of the rear structure are completely removable and can be fastened to the base by means of an M8 threaded pin and flanged nut, 10–15 mm thickness with a “L” profile, and standard pitch units with holes along half of the unit, with square holes for housing M6 cage nuts.
It features the following systems:
- sliding system on four sets with telescopic runners, made of cold-drawn steel with rolling tracks, hardened to guarantee continuous use with a truly high degree of reliability, integrated into the retractable structure
- release and rotation system with a convenient central front lever and 5 stand-on positions
- upper release system with integrated handle in a h 1u top that fastens the rack body to the structure once hooked in the closed position, guaranteeing total immobility
- fully-extractable locking system with lateral spring blockage
- SUPER-FAST front closure system with two 1/4 turn releases
Standard size 24 RU with the possibility of customising the height of the struts as needed.
Painted with smooth epoxy powder in RAL 9005.
